Project Overview
Once a neglected office building with high vacancy and low interest, West Ave is now an A-class brick and beam office building with an award winning mural celebrating its rich history.
After completing necessary renovation to raise the level of the interior units, Forge & Foster worked with noted local artist Lester Coloma to create a mural that celebrates the rich history of the building and the Hamilton core.
West Ave is now a well recognized landmark and standout building in the busy streetscape of King Street East in downtown Hamilton, and home to a number of prominent Hamilton businesses.
