Unsurprisingly, despite efforts from the Bank of Canada to tame it, the housing market continues to climb.
A report released last week from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation stated the average home in the Hammer is expected to cost over $1 million beyond 2024. The average single-family home in the city is currently $992,500.
With that in mind, here are Hamilton’s least and most expensive homes listed on Zoocasa, as of April 26.
