We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.

The duties of the CSR will include assisting customers with questions, complaints, or any concerns that might have with the resorts while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, positive demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task with robust organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Your tasks will include, but may not be limited to, the following:

  • Assist in the company’s operations through customer service expertise
  • Handle communications with customers and team members
  • Perform organizational help and maintain customer needs in a timely manner
  • Promote continued customer loyalty

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our growing team.

The duties of the COO will include overseeing the operational functions of the business through strategic, organizational, and administrative leadership. This position requires excellent business and budget-planning expertise, strong organizational skills, and ability to align corporate strategies. Previous real estate experience and financial background with at least 5-10 years of senior management experience are a prerequisite. 

Responsibilities

Your tasks will include, but may not be limited to, the following:

  • Oversee the execution of company operations, project timelines, business developments, and employee productivity while building a highly inclusive culture to ensure team members thrive
  • Develop actionable business strategies, objectives, and plans that ensure alignment with short- and long-term goals in tandem with the CEO
  • Conduct risk analyses, an prepare financial and asset management reports
  • Implement financial procedures and organizational policies to drive the company’s operating capabilities to surpass the industry standard
  • Monitor asset performance and recommend corrective actions
  • Research relevant markets and identify trends
  • Collaborate with asset management team, real estate analysts, and senior executives
  • Build and maintain relationships with other professionals and organizations

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your tasks will include, but may not be limited to, the following:

  • Help maintain the books for the real estate portfolios, including processing payables and receivables
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual close-outs of the books
  • Generate financial statements to complete the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages
  • Process cheques, management fees, leasing fees and chargeback invoices to tenants
  • Assist in the creation of annual TMI adjustments and invoice and collect from or prepare refunds to tenants
  • Work with the property managers to review and post rent rolls
  • Support the property manager in answering tenant queries
  • Review and update tenant lease information in our Rent Manager software program

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in finance or accounting
  • Can excel in a high volume, fast paced environment
